Audi today signed a partnership deal with the Equestrian Events (Hong Kong) of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad Company Limited (Equestrian Company) to extend its footprint in the territory as Official Premium Automobile of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Equestrian events this summer. Earlier last year, Audi has already been appointed the official premium automobile provider for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in Beijing.

At the signing ceremony held at the Hong Kong Happy Valley Racecourse, Mr Chong Got, Managing Director of Audi Hong Kong was joined by Mr. Lam Woon Kwong, Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Equestrian Events Company to sign off a giant contract to mark the official partnership between Audi and the Equestrian Company.

A total of 80 brand new A6 sedans will be provided for the Hong Kong Equestrian Events. The premium Olympic A6 fleet will be directly delivered to Hong Kong from Germany in July and will be used throughout the Equestrian events and Paralympics held in Hong Kong. Under this commitment, Audi is dedicated to providing the highest standard of hospitality service for all the distinguished guests including, international athletes, Olympic officials and distinguished guests from all over the world. Meanwhile, under the motto – Passion for Movement, different kinds of events will also be kicked off in relations to the Olympic spirit and theme.
