The S3 Sportback also comes with the strengthened 2.0 TFSI engine with 228 kW (310 hp), and shares the same exterior design language with the other members of the S3 family. Such as, for example, the S-specific twin-pipe exhaust system, which gives both of the two sets of oval exhaust pipes their impressive width. A distinctive roof-edge spoiler gives this five-door more contact with the road surface. LED headlights are standard for all versions; the red brake calipers on the 17-inch ventilated brake disks are optional.
